Shared security.

Liquidity is allocated two fold: 50% is allocated based on shared security spending to Babylon, the other 50% based on veBBN and Bribes. BBN holders allocate liquidity to their BSN and other Babylon Ecosystem destinations of their choice. Projects can lobby and advocate for receiving liquidity, allowing new projects to bootstrap initial liquidity, and mature projects to direct liquidity strategically into growth. BLT depositors benefit from a stronger Babylon ecosystem & higher yields. The vault rebalances it’s liquidity allocation once per week, subject to the latest vote outcome
